No Refund Policy

2. Payment Terms

All payments for our services must be made upfront before services begin. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure prompt and full payment for the services.

3. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is made for our services, it is non-refundable, even if the client chooses to terminate the contract before its completion. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Client dissatisfaction with the service provided

  • Client's decision to discontinue the project prematurely

  • Changes in business strategy or circumstances

  • Project cancellation initiated by either party

We strongly encourage our clients to thoroughly evaluate our services, ask any relevant questions, and review samples or testimonials before engaging in any agreement. This allows both parties to align expectations and ensure a mutual understanding of the scope of work.

Time Extension Fee


By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or provided by us. We understand that life happens and that an extension is sometimes necessary.
1. Time Extension Fee
As part of our services, we may offer a time extension option for certain activities or tasks. A time extension allows you to extend the allotted time for completion beyond the originally agreed-upon timeframe. However, this extension is subject to a Time Extension Fee.
2. Fee Amount
Our extension fee is 30% of the original invoice order. The specific fee amount will be clearly communicated to you at the time of your request, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the fee before proceeding. Please note that the fee amount may vary based on the nature of the service, the duration of the extension, and other relevant factors that are based on your custom services.
3. Payment and Account
In order to exercise the option for a time extension, you must have a valid payment method linked to your account. By requesting an extension, you authorize us to charge the applicable Time Extension Fee to your chosen payment method.
4. Extension Requests
Extension requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and through the designated channels designated by our platform. We reserve the right to review and approve or reject extension requests at our sole discretion. Once your request is approved, the Time Extension Fee will be processed and added to your account.
5. Non-Refundable
Time Extension Fee is non-refundable, irrespective of whether you fully utilize the extension time or not. Once the fee is paid, it will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of the service, completion of the task before the new deadline, or any other unforeseen events.
6. Expiration of Extension
Any time extension provided to you is subject to an expiry date, beyond which the extension will no longer be valid. It is your responsibility to complete the task within the new deadline to avoid any further charges or consequences.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update or revise these terms, including the Time Extension Fee, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service regularly to stay informed about any modifications.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree to the Time Extension Fee policy outlined herein. If you disagree with these terms or any modifications, please discontinue your use of our services.

Rescheduling
We appreciate your continued trust and support. We strive to provide you with the highest quality services and accommodate any changes or adjustments to your project schedule. However, rescheduling appointments or time allotted on our schedule for your project can sometimes have unforeseen impacts on our operations. To maintain an efficient workflow and ensure fairness to all our clients, we have implemented a rescheduling fee as part of our Terms of Service.
1. Rescheduling Fee
In the event that you, the client, wish to reschedule a service or appointment previously agreed upon, a rescheduling fee will be applicable. This fee is designed to cover the costs and potential operational disruptions associated with rescheduling.
2. Fee Amount
The rescheduling fee will vary based on the specific circumstances and complexity of the rescheduled service. Our team will assess the nature of the request and determine an appropriate amount that reflects our incurred costs and potential loss of revenue due to the rescheduling.
3. Notification and Payment
To initiate a rescheduling request, you must notify Dashing Digital SEO at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional fees.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with details regarding the rescheduling fee and payment process. Payment of the fee is required before the rescheduled appointment/scheduled work time is confirmed.
4. Exceptions
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or events beyond your control, we understand that rescheduling may be necessary without sufficient notice. In such cases, we will review your situation and make every effort to accommodate your needs without imposing a rescheduling fee. It is important to discuss such circumstances with our team at the earliest opportunity to explore possible alternatives. We reserve the right to determine if a rescheduling fee is required under all circumstances.
5. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling a service is a preferable option to outright cancellation. However, if circumstances require you to cancel rather than reschedule, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Please refer to our separate "Cancellation Policy" document for further details.

6. Financing Fee on Late Payment

If you make a late payment on your account, we will charge you a 10% financing fee. The financing fee is a percentage of the outstanding balance on your account.. The financing fee will be added to your account balance and will be due and payable immediately.

Late Payment Definition

A late payment is defined as any payment that is not received by us by the due date specified on your invoice.

7. Returned Payment Fee

If you make a payment that is returned to us for any reason, we may charge you a returned payment fee of $20. The returned payment fee is a flat fee that covers the administrative costs of processing the returned payment. The returned payment fee will be added to your account balance and will be due and payable immediately.

Returned Payment Definition

A returned payment is defined as any payment that is returned, reversed or not accepted by our payment processor for any reason, including, but not limited to:

  • Insufficient funds in your account

  • Invalid credit card number

  • Expired credit card

  • Exceeded credit limit

  • Closed account

  • Fraudulent transaction

    Amendments to the Terms of Service
    Dashing Digital SEO reserves the right to modify of these Terms of Service. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will take effect from the date specified in the updated document.
